I was able to schedule the appointment online without any hassle. I had no waiting time and was almost exactly on time in the treatment room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The attending doctor was also very attentive and, above all, competent. The more elaborate and complex treatments take place at the main practice in Düsseldorf-Eller.

Super nice reception, great practice, Dr. Kreilmann is extremely dedicated and competent AND treats holistically. I came to him with knee problems. In addition to a clear diagnosis including a solution for the knee, he analyzed my legs and feet and again very competently and clearly identified problems and provided solutions (insoles, stretching exercises). I was already impressed! On top of that, I received a brace including valuable advice (e.g., on the correct shoe size) directly in the practice from a very dedicated and competent medical supply store consultant (sorry if the wording is not correct)! A huge compliment and heartfelt thanks to the team! Wow!
Although I didn't have an appointment, I was able to see the doctor after a wait of 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was seen by Dr. Kreilmann following my MRI results. He is a professional, precise, and friendly doctor who takes good care of his patients. I have been to many orthopedists and this is the first time I feel well-treated. Highly recommended.
